Lorena Muñoz-Alonso is a writer, art critic and curator, born in Madrid and based in London. She has long held an interest in the conditions of production of female artists, problematising questions of self-representation and biography. Her current research considers the notions of contingency and choreography in performance and sculpture. She is also working on a project about the use of interior and domestic spaces in film and visual arts as device to convey psychological states. She has curated exhibitions in London, Madrid, and Barcelona.
